RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Every merchandise, when not otherwise specified is shipped via USPS or FedEx for Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. There are 3 shipping options to choose from:
- Ground: 5-10 business days
- Preferred (Priority): 2-3 business days
- Express: 1 business day
The shipping time above is for estimation only. We have no control over USPS or FedEx delivery schedules.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST Mon-Fri usually ship within 48-72 hours
when not otherwise stated. There is no shipping on weekends and
holidays. Orders will always be shipped by the method you select at check-out. We will notify you if any merchandise cannot be shipped within
30 days or on backorder. You will be given an option to wait on items
availability. |
Delivery Charges:
Currently, we offer Free Shipping via Ground service for orders of $150 and above. Please enter the Coupon Code: freeship150 during checkout to claim this offer. Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offers.
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the merchandise shipped

Tax:
Sales tax of 9.75% will be added to all orders shipping to a California address
due to the California law. Further information can be obtain from
California State Board of Equalization at 800-400-7115.
APO/FPO Information:
Orders shipped to Military APO/FPO addresses can only be delivered via
US Postal Service. Shipping charges are added automatically for orders
sent to Military APO/FPO addresses. Customers should expect 1-3 weeks
for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders:
Currently, we only accept orders from Canada and United States. Please
check back with us in the future for this policy may change.
For Canadian residents, order will normally be shipped via USPS Preferred International Shipping. The cost of the shipping is determined based on the total package weight. To find out how much the shipping will cost, please add the item into the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator. Please select "Preferred" shipping method. For more info,

The Art Of Beverage is not responsible for any additional VAT, broker,
duty or taxes on any International order.
Delivery time will vary for each location and method of shipment.
Canadian orders that are delivered damaged can only be claimed through
your local delivery service. In no event The Art Of Beverage will be
responsible for International Delivery charges.

RETURN POLICY
- The Art of Beverage offers a 30-day return policy on items
based on manufacturer return policies. Please email our RMA
Department at return@theartofbeverage.com to obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your
product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA
number. For faster service, please have the following information on
hand when emailing for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number and nature of the problem.
- All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL
original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the
manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and
other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items;
The Art of Beverage will match your shipping method on your
replacement item(s).
- The Art of Beverage strongly recommends you fully insure your
return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier
that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- The quality of our products is guaranteed and all items are inspected before leaving the warehouse. However, if merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to
the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make
sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for The
Art of Beverage to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the
original box and packing it arrived in, notify The Art of Beverage
immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of
damaged merchandise. If you do not notify The Art of Beverage of
damaged goods within the first 14 days of arrival, our regular
return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under
all current manufacturer restrictions.
- DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to The Art of
Beverage within 14 days from the invoice date for replacement or
refund.
- Any item that is missing the UPC cannot be return for refund or
exchange.
- NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by The Art of
Beverage within 14 days from the invoice date, at The Art of
Beverage discretion for: credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE
returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
- Under no circumstances can the following products be returned:
SALE items
Discontinued and close out items
Cleaning tools and cleaning supplies
Special order items, including personalized items
Candles, Books, Calendar and Literature
Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
Items not purchased through The Art of Beverage
Customer warehousing product
Used items, opened units, units which require re-boxing.
